This Is Real Hip Hop!

Back in the day when Hip hop was originated MC's weren't just men/women talking about the amount of money they had or the cars that they drove...... they were more so activist for the social in betterment of their environment....they spoke for the rights of their people and called for the righting of all that was wrong with their society.......in the present day this sentiment as fallen to the wayside and Hip Hop has become a commercialized venue in which to create revenue for big labels by means of portraying stereotypes that are said to be found in our community.

Rhymefest is one of the few artist that stands alone in this great community that we call Hip Hop and still is that social activist that we so desperately need!

If we could get more people like this in Hip Hop we could really turn our communities around....but would people listen is the real question .....because it's not talking about "All White Bricks" [[That's Gucci Mane for those who don't know....and if you don't that fine because that type of music is garbage! ]]

Anyway we need to further our education and further our communities people.......or we will be stuck perpetuating the same cycles generation after generation!

Ok....so this week Solange has been a topic on Twitter due to her recent hair change.....and i just wanted some opinions as far as the new look goes......

I mean come on does it really make a difference people? If a girl is pretty she is pretty.....I think she is gorgeous regardless of the style....my only issue it that she needs a lil lineup ....but other then that she still is the beautiful Solange that we know and love...... I mean i don't know about other guys but i find a girl who can rock a short hair style and still look good probably the sexiest thing in the world........and shouldn't it be more about personality and not all about what a person looks like....I have met girls who personality way exceeded that physical beauty (not saying they were mad ugly) but that makes you a beautiful person both in and out .......give me your opinion I would like to know what you'll think.

Nike SB Dunk 'Joker Abyss'

So i first heard about these shoes like a year ago and saw a sample for them .......Batman has been my favorite super hero since i was little ....I mean how could you not admire a dude who is a str8 vigilante with no super powers! .......these are called the Joker Abyss and they were inspired by the brilliant performance the late Heath Ledger did as the joker in the last Batman film from last Summer.

These are created to look just like the suit in which The Joker is always wearing throughout the Comics and Cartoon series.


unfortunately these are only being sold on the Revive website for a whooping 3,200 dollars that i dont have! to spend on shoes atleast lol

Warner Bros. + Album Delays= No more Wizzle man

So today while at work and doing my daily duty of Behavioral Modification in the office with the problem children lol and being on Twitter i came across some interesting industry news.....It seems that one of my favorite Artist Wiz Khalifa (My first ever post was his Mixtape 'Flight School') has decided to terminate his agreement with Warner Bros. after the delaying of his CD! Wiz has been signed to Warner Bros. since 2007 and had a hit song in 'Say Yeah' over a popular techno beat (I forget the name of the song) .....but even with that success WB has delayed his debut album for two years. Even tho this is bad newz Wiz is still touring around the nation on his headling 'the orientation' tour...... he is also finishing up a mixtape with Curren$y and also a follow up mixtape to his last project 'Flight School' ......hopefully Wiz will go Independent like the likes of curren$y and Joe Budden and sign with Amalgam Digital..... but who knows.....
