This is Brother Ali....one of the best somewhat "underground" or unsung rap artist answering the questionm, "Is is okay to download music as long as you spread the word about the artist and go to the shows???" ....this is a good question becuz ....I know with myself being a starving college student ...and having such a extensive thirst for music i can't buy every CD so...check his thoughts on it and formulate your own opinion

This is a funny clip from about three weeks ago that i meant to put up........In this clip Common and McLovin take on the roles of Alonzo Harris (Denzel Washington) & Jake Hoyt (Ethan Hawke) from the film that won Washington a Oscar (Training Day) in which Alonzo is a crooked cop looking to get out of some trouble fast and Hoyt is a new guy on the Narcotics team that is taken on a wild ride duriong his first day on the job!

WTF!?!?!?!?

I don't have much to say about this song....I actually heard a similar song in a play called..... "From Hip Hop to Auction Block" put on by company from NYC put on by the Black Student Alliance at my university (George Mason University) ....and when i head it then is was funny because i didn't know it was a real song ....and was used to show how African Americans rappers exploit our past experiences to sale records......but now hearing that it is a actual song...has me sick to my stomach....this type of crap is the reason why there is so much dysfunction in the African American Community.....Come on!...like I haven't been a fan of Lil Wayne for real in a long time.....like i won't like i do listen to some of his songs.....But I have lost all respect for someone who can make such a asinine song such as this......There are certain things that should be off limit and this is def. one of them.

Imma just stop talking about this before I get really upset.....I hate this type of crap man...... This is why I don't allow myself to listen to music that comes on the radio or on TV

So I Know you'll have prolly heard about Drake falling onstage at a concert last week......well here is the actual footage ......


My thing is this dude tore his ACL .....I don't think its a good career move to be on stage dancing and shit....if you know that if injured again you possibly won't be able to walk again! ....not a smart career move .....but I guess that shows how dedicated he is to his music and his fans! I guess

But I'm sure he doesn't want to end up like this!!!! lol
