RhymeFest Interview!

This was a real cool interview in which Fest speaks on certain subjects as  the mindstate of rappers such as Waka Flocka who stated , "Lyrical rappersdon't make any mony" ...also he talks about the beef between Shake a editor on one of my most visited blogs 2dopeboyz.com ...and another blog (RapRadar) i use to frequent before this incident on Twitter  in which the later of the two stated that the more lyrical based blog of 2dopeboyz was, "A blog made up of sewer rappers" ...... which is a rough statement to me becuase people like Evidence , Self Scientific and Jay Electronica are heavily favorited in my eyes as great acts and hot lyricist ......check out the interview ..... Ryhmefest is mad intelligent his witty answers are comical
"They call us sewer rats, butwhen the apocolypse comes whose going to survive....... The SEWER RATS!"

You can find 2dopeboyz on twitter @ ............... www.twitter.com/2dopeboyz

Late Night W/ Jimmy Fallon

This is a funny clip from the Late Night w/ Jimmy Fallon about Ground Hogs Day ....

We gotta do better!

In this day and age Hip Hop is on the come up ....and is beginning to become the pulse of Pop culture ..... but c'mon somethings are just becoming a bit cliche ...... like rap names ...we should start being a little more creative with our name selections... certain words are really getting tired such as:

Lil
Young
Hood
Boss
Man
Gutta
Ghetto
Project
Murder
Homicide
Killah

*Also ....if ur name is repetitive just stop!!! I.E. Gutta Gutta

DIGGY?!?!?

Yooooo ....so i found this on vladtv.com .....I mean i figured I would listen to it and see if he had the lyrical genius of his father or the utter #fail of his older brother (JoJo) ...... and what I heard was a kid with a nice flow .... his content is lacking but that is something that will come with maturity ..... do your thing lil brutha! ..... check it out!

Ova American Idol tho!!! lol

Here is what I found in the roomers section of AllHipHop.com ...just a few minutes ago!

St. Petersburg sucks. The people stab each other over idols. Allow me to explain. Last Tuesday night a woman ended up stabbing her boyfriend over "American Idol.'' This is what I got from the local paper:

Police arrested Cynthia E. Bettis-Ware, 52, on a charge of first-degree attempted murder of Kevin Johnson, 47.

It happened at 11:22 p.m. at the Empress Motel, 1501 Martin Luther King St. N, which the couple listed as their permanent address, said police spokeswoman Jennifer Dawkins.

The couple was watching American Idol when they began arguing over something that happened on the show, Dawkins said. He changed the channel to stop the argument, Dawkins said, but she kept arguing so "he decided, 'Well, I'll go to bed.'''

He awoke to Bettis-Ware wielding a 10-inch butcher knife. She stabbed him five times in the back and twice in the chest, an arrest affidavit states. Police said she also severely burned Johnson with hot cocoa.

Johnson took the knife from her and ran to the motel parking lot, Dawkins said. Bettis-Ware chased after him with another knife, she said.

I don’t really think St. Petersburg sucks, but it sure sucks to be that dude.

*SideBar* ......Doesn't she look familiar???? .... I think like the late great comedian Redd Foxx!!! lol

What you think????? lls
