The Hometown boyz .... Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo...commonly known as the Neptunes ....have been named the Top producers of the decade ...... Also there are other top notch producers like Kanye West and Timbaland ....... i wonder if any of these people will still be on the list in another ten years?!?!?!?
